Care plans & support

Websites don’t break loudly. They decay quietly.

A plugin ages. A form silently stops sending. Page speed erodes one image at a time, and rankings follow. A care plan is the difference between a website that compounds and one that needs an expensive rescue every three years.

Three tiers

Pick the level of attention your site earns

Steady — RM 650/mo

The safety floor. Software updates, daily off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a monthly health report a human actually wrote.

Working — RM 1,800/mo

Everything in Steady, plus four studio hours monthly for content changes, small design fixes and speed upkeep — used or banked for up to a quarter.

Compound — RM 4,200/mo

Everything in Working, plus ten hours, a quarterly conversion review with real recommendations, and priority response inside one business day.

Every tier is month to month with thirty days' notice. We keep clients by being useful, not by contract clauses.

Why it matters

What neglect actually costs

  • A hacked site loses an average of two weeks of trading and more of trust
  • Every extra second of load time visibly taxes enquiries and orders
  • Broken forms fail silently — you don't hear the enquiries you never got
  • Emergency rescue work costs three to five times scheduled maintenance

Sites we maintain outperform sites we merely delivered — that observable gap is why care plans exist at all.

Fine print, plainly

Honest boundaries

Care plans cover upkeep and steady improvement, not hidden project work. When a request outgrows the plan — a new section, a store, a rebuild — we say so and quote it separately as a custom build or store project.

We also take on sites other agencies built, after a short onboarding audit. If the foundation is too fragile to maintain responsibly, we will tell you before taking your money.

Sleep better

Hand the worrying to people who monitor for a living.
