Case notes, with the numbers left in

Portfolios usually show screenshots and hide outcomes. These notes do the opposite: what the business needed, what we changed, and what moved afterwards. Client names are shared with permission; a few engagements under NDA are described without them.

TileMart Selangor

A two-showroom tile and stone retailer whose website was a phone number and a map. Trade customers wanted stock answers at 7am; homeowners wanted to shortlist without driving to Shah Alam.

We built a catalogue around how people actually choose tiles — by room, finish and budget rather than by supplier code — with live stock per outlet and a sample-ordering flow. Product photography was reshot to a template their own staff now follows.

Online orders up 187% in six months · sample requests became the top source of showroom visits

Arte Dental, Bandar Sunway

Three branches, one overloaded phone line, and a website that listed treatments like a menu with no prices and no reassurance. Anxious patients — most dental visitors are — got nothing to hold on to.

Research sessions with real patients rewrote the brief: pages now answer “will it hurt, what does it cost, how long until I can eat” before anything else. An online booking flow routes by branch and treatment length, and fee ranges are published plainly.

61% of appointments now booked online · no-shows down by a third after reminder flows

Harbor & Lim Advocates

A respected KL commercial firm with a site that read like a framed certificate: prestigious, vague and silent on the questions clients bring — cost structure, process, likely timelines.

Each practice area became a plain-language page built around one client situation and how the firm handles it, with honest writing about fees and first steps. A quietly-placed enquiry form replaced the generic “contact us” dead end.

Qualified enquiries up 2.9× year on year · average matter value of web enquiries doubled

“The research sessions were uncomfortable in the best way — we heard patients say things we'd never have guessed. The site that came out of it feels like it was written by someone who sat in our waiting room for a year.”
Dr. Melissa Yap — Clinical Director, Arte Dental
